Isabelle Lapierre
My journey in the financial industry began in 2005 when I started my career at Caisse Alliance in the Client Relationship department. It didn’t take long for me to discover my passion for serving clients, which propelled me into various client-facing roles and eventually led to a management position.
After reaching a point where I felt ready for a new challenge, I stepped away from my career in banking to find a new sense of purpose. That's when I realized my calling: helping people achieve one of life’s biggest milestones — purchasing a home. With that goal in mind, I became an accredited mortgage agent, excited to support my clients in finding affordable housing.
Personal finance is all about making smart, informed decisions with one’s money. That's why I’m proud to also advise clients at Fit Financial, guiding them on their financial journeys. Yes, I juggle two roles, but nothing brings me more fulfillment than seeing the smile of a client who's achieved their financial or homeownership dreams.
Outside of work, I’m often at the hockey rink cheering on my daughter, or on the lake watching my son reel in the big catch. I treasure every moment with them, whether we’re at our cottage or exploring new places around the world.
